About Us


In 1992, a chance encounter turned into a lifelong passion when college graduate Rolf Wilkin stepped into a struggling pizzeria—not to buy pizza, but to sell ad space. With a modest investment of $8,500, he transformed that vision into Eureka Pizza.


From the very beginning, we’ve been committed to doing things the right way: crafting our yeast-raised pizza dough in-house daily, making our pizza sauce and signature ranch dressing fresh each day, and using only premium 100% real mozzarella cheese. Paired with unbeatable value—like our legendary “Buy One, Get Two FREE” deal—it’s no surprise the community of Fayetteville quickly made Eureka Pizza their favorite local pizzeria.


More than three decades later, our passion for pizza is stronger than ever. Over the years, we’ve been featured in The Wall Street Journal, ESPN, and national pizza publications, earning recognition like “Best Pizza” and “Business of the Year.” Rolf is a "Salut au Restaurateur" awarded by the Arkansas Hospitality Association.


Today, our pizzas are better than ever—loaded with more cheese, more sauce, and incredible flavor. Our mission is simple: to deliver happiness and satisfaction with every single bite.
